Cannabidiol (CBD)

Cannabidiol, called CBD relieving pain and epilepsy. It is coming from marijuana or hemp. CBD does not get users high, unlike another compound. Government is classifying marijuana as an illegal drug.
Still, the Cannabidiol market is exploding. The number is expecting to multiply to sevenfold by 2021. That is from roughly $292 million in 2016 to $2.15 billion. According to the Brightfield Group, a market research firm specializing in cannabis.

Furthermore, Cannabidiol has been suggested as a treatment for anxiety to depression. Accordingly, global policy around the molecule is very much in flux. Some people have been using CBD to calm spasms during epileptic fits.

Finally, consumers are adoring the substance. The WHO is concluding that CBD is non-toxic and non-addictive. The World Anti-Doping Agency began allowing it, but still banning smoking pot. About 40 states are adopting programs encouraging the explosive growth of the hemp industry.

Some schools are permitting students to use CBD. Others are prohibiting it.
